Couch arrived damaged, the pull out section/frame is not secured and the front panel kind of hangs there. Upon opening the box 2 screws came falling out, so we knew right away we had issues. We are awaiting for Sams to help with a replacement. As an additional note, the Charcoal grey color is much lighter than pictured, not a bad color but if you are planning decor around a darker color, it will be different.

The first couch we received kept falling off the rails everytime you would pull it out, called them and they sent out a new replacement couch, the new replacement couch stays on the rail but the pull out part is a different color than the rest of the couch. I don’t really want to order and set up a THIRD couch so it does just feel like a lost cause. Very pricey for the multiple disappointments

I bought this for the purpose of its pull out bed. The bed rolls out fine, and the storage under the chaise is spacious. But sitting on it as a sofa, is very firm, what more sleeping on it. And the backrest is very short, not meant to support anyone's back or head. But, it serves its purpose as a guest bed.

I wish I could say I love this couch. 1. Pay attention to the measurements, as taller individuals will not find this couch comfortable. 2. The beige color looks dirty from certain angles. 3. Super easy to assemble - as someone who was assembling it on my own this was a huge advantage, and I appreciated it. 4. It is a fairly firm couch, so keep that in mind. I anticipate that it will take over a year to break in because of how stiff and not-so-comfortable. 5. Highly recommended this for someone with a small room and/or tight quarters. 6. Delivery was a mess. It came late, and I was under the impression from customer service that I needed to sign for it (make sure you REQUEST for it to be signed for). FedEx kept changing up the delivery date, and they finally delivered it and left it in an UNSECURED spot where it could have easily been stolen. I got no phone call, no text, no notification about it being delivered. I realized it was as I refreshed the tracking page and noticed it was delivered. I am super upset with how it was delivered and just left. It came in two huge boxes, fairly light in terms of couch weight but it is not easy to do alone. 0/10 on the delivery. ** Sams Club Customer Service did not seem to care / didn’t help me locate my couch when I was waiting multiple days at home for it to be shipped ** 7. I typically leave it out in the "box" (pullout) shape as that is most comfortable as the couch itself is fairly small; however, the material is cheap for the pullout area. It is constantly falling off the tracks (each time I pull the couch out it goes off its tracks) & you cannot use the pull handles as that will mess up the wheels even more, so make sure you pull the actual bottom of the couch. Also makes a noise when I pull out the bottom section. 8. The chaise is very nice and convenient for storage purposes. 9. I would recommend having a rug under the couch as the rails & wheels can and will damage your floor (as soon as I noticed damage I put a rug under it)

A decent couch at the best I would say. Don't expect great quality. The fabric is ok. Cushions are firm . Overall doesn't have a quality look. I bought it for my daughters condo and it works fine for her. Sam's club delivered the wrong color chase and I am waiting for a replacement.

This couch is easy to put together but when attaching the arm on the opposite of the chaise, look at the way the arrows are going. That was my duh moment! Easy after that. People are saying it's hard to pull out the bed. Not at all unless you have a thick rug under it. I actually bought 2 of these. Shipping was strange but that was fed ex fault. My 100 lb lab loves this couch as I open it up at night do she can stretch out to sleep.

This couch is incredibly uncomfortable. It’s rock hard. I saw this in the reviews and thought it was just someone exaggerating so I bought it. But honestly I regret getting this couch. The seats are so uncomfortable, I have to put two thick blankets down just to lay on it or sit on it. It’s similar to a hard futon, not any fluff to seats, hard, very firm. And you can feel the bars separating the seats. We tried to have 4 sit but one person ended up on the ground because they were sitting in the bar. Really disappointed in this couch. The parts all work and pull out, but if anyone were to sleep on it you’ll need to buy a queen sized memory foam if you don’t want them to kill their back. I’m usually pretty easy going with purchases and the last thing I’d want to return is a couch because of the hassle but this one isn’t worth it.

This couch is functional but not comfortable! We are using it in our never used loft so it's inexpensive purpose for looks works well. It's a 2 person assembly. The side arms were quite difficult to assemble because the corresponding tracks to their matching pieces were not manufactured in allignment so we had to get creative getting pieces to slide into the other. The bonus was DELIVERY! We had an excellent team deliver from AIT. They were patient enough to give us a couple minutes to quickly open the 2 huge boxes to confirm there were no damaged or missing pieces. A for delivery. C- for the product.
