I bought this sofa at the end of February and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Two different colored pieces were delivered. We asked for an exchange and still received the wrong color, so they took both sofas back. It's now the end of April and I have no sofa and no refund.

This shipped so quickly!! From ordering to in my house in less than 2 weeks. So much better than the turn around from big name furniture stores. Its not the most comfortable but it was purchased for the game room where it won't be treated very delicately. It looks nice and was super easy to assemble. The storage in the chaise is wonderful. Can't beat it for the price.

Couch came in two very large packages. I was able to put them together alone but it took some creative thinking and a few swear words. We purchased the dark grey couch and when we took it out of the box it looked much much lighter than we expected (the box did say dark grey so we didn’t get the wrong box). Overall the couch is sturdy, comfortable, and the added storage is awesome.

Putting this together was rather easy. Just screw in the castors, slide on the arms and slide the main part of the sofa to the chaise. It takes 2 people to do the slide attachments. The fabric is very nice & the light gray color beautiful. The cushions are firm & VERY comfortable for my family. The double bed is easy for one person to open. It is very firm and comfortable for those who like firm. MUCH better than most sofa beds. I dislike the ones that have springs that make noise & sag. Then I usually feel the bars that are under the springs. NOT THIS ONE! The packaging was excellent & protected the sofa well. The only negative is the fabric is put on with thin staples. The storage in the chaise is a bonus. This is an impressive sofa bed for the price‼️

This is a beautiful couch and all the extras make it a great addition to your home. The only issue we had was putting it together. The task is not easy as the metal "eye and hook" process takes millions of attempts to secure. Also if you do not secure it correctly the pullout bed will not work properly. This is the only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating. Even thought it is a beautiful couch I will not purchase another one for this reason.

Despite all the confusion and mix-up getting our couch delivered by FedEx, we finally got it. It was so easy to assemble, light weight, beautiful fabric, love the storage and the big plus is the pull-out bed. Although it is pretty firm since it is new and not sat on much, we are so glad we bought this couch. Highly recommend it for someone that has a small room and/or tight quarters in moving it (as we did...down a hallway and making a rough/tight turn), it was easy to move since it was pretty light weight and came in pieces! (NOTE: Be sure that Sam's Club will require a signature upon delivery, which we had no idea and we had a nightmare in tracking it down!)

I was looking for something smaller for my husband and I, as we are the only ones home now and this was perfect. Now if anyone pops in, we have an extra bed also!

Very nice! Great price point. A little stiffer then what I expected, but it looks and fits great in the space I have it in. lots of storage to make my little space look less cluttered.

Very easy to put together. Only negative part I have found was that it is extremely firm to hard. It’s great for a side seating or for a kids area. Fabric is nice and easy to clean.

The pieces fit together very well, the size it perfect for the room we put it in and the bed is easy to pull out, but the cushions aren't soft, so it's not as comfortable as I expected/hoped.
