Easy to change the image using the Art Store catalog. It looks great in our mid century home. I'm very happy with the energy saver that turns the unit off when no movement in the room. The quality of the.picture is great.

Makes lacing a tv a great experience and not have black blank screen when not in use. The smart software is easy to use.

The instant the installation was completed, there were hand smudges every where around the edges and specially the corners! I was told to clean it using microfiber but that didn't help even after using a brand new out of the packet! 1. Later after countless hours of searching I found out Magic eraser is recommended to clean the screen!! Not a common knowledge, please educate your resellers and installers. 2. Having hours and hours of gaming done as well as placed on Art mode, I find the TV to flicker at times, it would go blank and then come back alive, and I know my cabling is secure as well as the hub for the TV. I cannot isolate the problem to any external devices so I have to conclude that it is an Internal issue! I do not want to go through the hassle of getting customer service and talking to the many laymen agents who do not understand this issue, therefore I have just sucked it up, and disappointedly not mentioned about it, but in recommendation - DO NOT GET THIS TV!!

The art option is something every TV should have and I love how flush it sits against the wall - Making it look like a real picture Frame! My only complaints, which are very minor, are that the price for changing the frame to another color is super expensive. Way more than it should be. Also, some photos/colors on art mode obviously look like a screen and not real art. I think it'd be cool if in the future, Samsung made art mode look more paper realistic like kindle screens so it looks more real. However, by adjusting the backlight of the image, and the color, you can get it pretty believable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this TV's matte picture quality. While it may not be the best quality on the market, the difference with some of the higher-end TVs is not noticeable, and the art mode is worth the difference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 43 inch Samsung frame TV and it is absolutely beautiful. I no longer mind staring at the television on the wall because of the beautiful artwork that you can actually display. You can change the art according to season or holiday or opt to not use it at all and the frame still looks beautiful on the wall. I'm really enjoying this television, and I hope someday to get another one.

Only major complaint is the connections available to the unit - Samsung does not sell with an in-wall rated cord and leaving a cord out connecting to the TV looks bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a 55" 1080P TV for the last 6 years, and finally decided to upgrade to the Frame 65".. and WOW. We were worried about the Matte finish on the screen, but it improves viewing quality in living area with big windows. Also, we love how when we turn it off, it just blends into the wall with the art. Another thing We love about it is the ability to use the Smart Things app to personalize the pictures that are displayed on the TV. Still waiting for out Bezel to come in to really finish the Frame look.
