It's a great picture, its panel is light weight with the one connect box making the brains separate from the wall unit. If you're looking for a easy wall install that you don't need to worry about ripping out then I'd recommend this. The art selection is large if you pay for the subscription. But I find I use it mostly for uploading family pictures (great way to have a constantly changing family portrait that won't burn in like OLED). The accompanying smart things app is a tad on the glitchy side, but if you can get it to connect it's relatively easy to navigate. Wish there were separate controls for art image mode in a dim room vs bright room since it has the light sensor. It out performs any budget TV but won't beat out a flagship or most middle of the road tvs. But you pay the little extra for the frame mount, art mode, and one connect box which I find to be worth it for the simplicity of install and cleanest appearance of any TV in it's price range (only other model similar is LG's G2 OLED that's 2-3 times more expensive and even that isn't as clean as install).

Firstly, the smart features were subpar, with a clunky interface that made navigation a chore. Setting up and connecting to other devices was more complicated than expected. Another drawback was the price. Considering the competition in the market, the Frame TV seemed overpriced for what it offered. There are other TVs with similar or even better picture quality and smart capabilities available at a more reasonable cost. Additionally, I encountered issues with compatibility and app availability. Some popular streaming apps were missing, which limited my content options. It required extra effort to cast content from my devices. Furthermore, the design, which is a major selling point, didn't live up to the hype. While the TV can mimic an art frame when in "Art Mode," it still looked like a TV on the wall rather than a seamless piece of art. In summary, the Samsung Frame TV had its strengths, but the weaknesses in smart features, price, and design left me with a two-star rating. There are better options available in the market for the price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV solved my main problem in my living room. I have West facing windows which in the afternoon gets a lot of sunlight. This TV has an anti-reflective coating that really works. I used to have an OLED which was super bright but the glare was unbearable. I would have to pump up the brightness to get rid of the glare. I love how easy the set up for this TV is and everything goes through a connection box. The connection box is truly a wonderful idea without having to look for the HDMI ports on the back of the TV. The only thing I wish Samsung would update is the start up screen and shut down screen. Please make it black rather than bright white. Shutting down the TV should not be like shutting down a computer. Just have it shut down without having a bright white background fade out toward the middle. Only thing I would change.

While this is in our "lived in" room and gets the most use as an actual television in our house, the artwork feature is terrific. We loaded our family photos into the rotation and it is the best feature by far. When we are watching movies or streaming television, the picture is perfect and the responsiveness is unmatched. We ditched our Firestick and use the built in smart features which does everything we need an more. Even the wall mount was the easiest and cleanest we have ever used. Again, I cannot NOT say enough about this television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this tv as more of a statement piece to combine the aesthetics of a high quality print and a television when needed. It perfectly fit the space, is low profile, and has all the added goodies of a smart television with apps and Bluetooth controls. Paired with a Bose sound bar and subwoofer, the picture and sound are amazing. I wish I could get a commission on how many visitors have complimented and eventually bought the same series television. I cannot express how much this has completed my living room viewing experience and Samsung definitely hit its mark with the clarity and sharpness. One of the better purchases I've made in some time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two Frame TVs (one in great room and one in rec room) and like them a lot. Great picture and the ability to have them show art when not watching TV really enhances my home's space. The only quirky problem I have is that it seems that I need to follow different procedures to turn on and off and to navigate services. I am using both with Apple TV interface and external speakers. My concerns are likely mostly the problem of the Apple TV device, which is clumsy to use. But I also have problems with the selected art going off after a very short time. I have been unable so far to figure out if there is a setting I need to change or what? So, overall pleased but still having some "issues".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really liking the Samsung frame tv. The matt finish minimizes reflections. Artwork looks great on it. The smart functionality is a little funky. All the apps for Netflix etc are present, but navigation on the TV could be improved. The smart hub app is functional, but often it doesn't allow me to upload a new photo.
