Firstly, the smart features were subpar, with a clunky interface that made navigation a chore. Setting up and connecting to other devices was more complicated than expected. Another drawback was the price. Considering the competition in the market, the Frame TV seemed overpriced for what it offered. There are other TVs with similar or even better picture quality and smart capabilities available at a more reasonable cost. Additionally, I encountered issues with compatibility and app availability. Some popular streaming apps were missing, which limited my content options. It required extra effort to cast content from my devices. Furthermore, the design, which is a major selling point, didn't live up to the hype. While the TV can mimic an art frame when in "Art Mode," it still looked like a TV on the wall rather than a seamless piece of art. In summary, the Samsung Frame TV had its strengths, but the weaknesses in smart features, price, and design left me with a two-star rating. There are better options available in the market for the price point.

So nice to sit in our living room and not have a blank, black TV screen staring at us. 100% recommend.

As artists, my husband and I knew we wanted a piece that would blend into our room and not stick out like a sore thumb. I love that the Frame TV has so many functions (plugging in Spotify was amazing! for our favorite singers' album releases) and that it displays art all day. It helps make a seasonal ambiance in our room. We chose one of the many art pieces in the Samsung Collection for Halloween to celebrate the mood. We got the actual wood frame a week later, and my! did it elevate the whole setup. I can't stop raving about it to my friends. I also love that there is integration with Alexa, and if I want to turn on the TV and get it ready while I cook, I only have to speak out loud. The other two options are managing it from my cellphone app or the actual control remote, which is excellent if you ever misplace things. I'm so in love with it. I'm glad I got this after 2 years of thinking about it! Zero regrets! I want to buy another one, a bigger one when we move to a bigger apartment or home. I can't wait to snatch one of the more decorative frames as well!

We weren't sure how the picture would look with an older Playstation, but the picture was incredible. It also responds well as a smart device to use your phone as a remote. The sound is the only thing that took some getting used to from our last Qled TV but it is definitely more than satisfactory . We also had input an older gen Fire TV and it seems it kinda caused a few kinks in our streaming. We ended up upgrading that and we haven't run into that issue again. We look forward to eventually mounting this TV to give it that full Frame effect.

The quality of the pictures, easiness to install and operate, and the beauty of the art form makes Frame my favorite TVs. I recommends to many friends and families after they saw mine. Nice little touch - the slim remote control is solar charged, never need to find batteries again.

So when he's busy I'm watching my history shows and other times we watch a couple of different movies together. The Samsung TV is both our favorite brand. Next time we purchase another one we are going bigger! Great picture!
