I like the powerful air flow, quiet, size. However, the heat is not consistent. The box looked like it had been opened. I am going to re-order to see if a defective hairdryer resold by mistake.

I've been using this for the last month. I'm so happy with it. I know for a fact that there are better hair dryers for more money. You don't need to invest in them. SmoothWrap can do it just as well. Obviously, I like this product very much!

Because of arthritic hands and the age of my hairdryer, I decided to upgrade. I love my new Smoothwrap dryer. It's lightweight and kind to my baby fine hair.

So far the dryer has been gentle for fine hair. However I detest the short cord. It constantly comes unplugged as I’m drying my hair, to the point of being a hassle meaning I have to stand close to the electrical outlet.

Everything I expected out of this dryer. Compact enough to take on vacation yet packs a punch. I have thick long hair and it takes about ten minutes to dry my hair. There’s also a small rubber hook at bottom of the handle for easy hanging.

Quality is good and it dries hair more quickly with less intense heat. Unit is a little heavy and the diffuser is so large that it cannot be used on short to medium hair. Overall product is ok but cannot use the diffuser due to collar length hair.

It’s the right size, dries hair quickly and it does leave it with a shine! My last one did not! The only thing better is to come up with a retractable cord or even better than that…a cordless one!!

This hair dryer works great! It is a beautiful shade of ice blue. It smooths and shines my hair. The ion technology is a great feature. Love the blue light. It is not too heavy to hold and dries my hair quickly.

Good, powerful hairdryer. I love that I can dry my hair without having to fry it with heat. My old hairdryer that lasted about 15 years was an older model of this one. I am so glad they didn’t change the way it dries!

Love the 3 heat settings and 3 power settings along with a trigger cool button for us thin, fine haired folks. The diffuser is a dream and my hair feels so soft after using it.
