Just a month out from prostate cancer surgery, learning how to control urination is very difficult. When I found Real Fit Depends I was amazed. they fit great and no one can tell I'm wearing them. The absorption is remarkable. Until I relearn control I will depend on Real Fit Depends. I tried the store brand kind but they looked ridiculous. These really look like men's underwear and help to keep me from getting depressed about my situation. I'd love more coupons :)

They absorb really well keeping wetness away from the skin. And they fit like a pair of regular tighty whiteys would you can't even tell that they are not real under wear through your shorts or pants and I didn't have any oder problems.

For science, I tried these to see how well they'd hold up over a few hours for my next concert. I drank about 2 liters of soda and water for this experiment, and it did not disappoint. For over 6 hours, I did not get a single rash or any feeling of discomfort. It took in an entire pee without dripping. I was able to then just break it off on each side and slide it right out. It had almost no smell. Honestly, these are pretty good. As an added bonus, you couldn't even tell I had a diaper on underneath my jeans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These depends briefs are no joke. They are super thin and you can barely tell you are wearing them. They are very stretchy and able to fit a variety of sizes. They hold up well and absorb more than I thought they would!

I'm a young Guy, and for years I've had the problem of leakage, I would have to stand a a toilet for 5 minutes waiting for everything to drain. It was hard at public places where there is a rush to use the bathroom (stadiums/concerts). Now I can simply go, and once the big go is done, I can put my pants back on and go with confidence that I don't have a spot on my pants! I have flooded them on long trips, especially stuck in traffic! I think they are pretty good! You can't flood them at once, but a good size wetting fits well. NO ONE, knows I'm wearing them, you can literally stand in a restroom and they look just like underwear, even if the waistband shows. Great fit! If I had one suggestion it would be for better leak barriers between the legs, and the thinness I think could use a little more absorbency without getting too bulky! But I love them!

I've been dealing with incontinence for about a year now. Being a 23 year old with incontinence has been a hard road. This product has let me regain my confidence and my wife could hardly tell that I was wearing them. It's made me feel great and the absorbency has been great. It does what I need it to do. I would recommend this product to anyone dealing with bladder leakage.

I take care of my elderly father and really like the real fit briefs, but the back waistband tears real easy when I am pulling them up. Other than that, they are a great product. Also, they are way more expensive than the regular depends. That is a problem for me since my father is on a fixed income and can barely afford the regular ones.

Less protection and worse, you have added chaffing discomfort to my already difficult life. I loved the old “Real Fit”—they felt like wearing a comfy pair of boxer briefs. This “new” design is not worth the money, very uncomfortable and I am bummed I no longer have the comfortable old ones that felt like I was wearing the boxer briefs I have worn my whole life. Not sure why you would change what WAS a great product?!? Please bring the old design back as now I need to resort to other generics which are not the perfect product that the older Real Fit USED TO BE!
