Great fit and also very comfortable. They look like odor control and aborsobing and maintaining the durability fit and comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had cancer in 2008 I had to have my prostate removed immediately. A few months later I had 35 treatments of extensive radiation. The end result caused radiation damage to my bladder (causing it to shrink), leakage of the bladder and bladder spasms. By 2009 I had to start using an incontinency product. I started using different name brands of underwear and preferred using Depend Underwear. As the radiation damage to my bladder has progressed, causing constant incontinency, I started using the Depend Real Fit Briefs in 2013. They fit perfectly and the maximum absorbency is what I need. I will continue to use this product and would recommend the use of these to anyone that has a problem with inconsistency.

Happy I am able to travel, go out with friends, golf and fish without the worry of, will I leak through my pants. Comfortable to wear, (but seem a little warm with summer here). They’re designed and fit for the shape of a mans body, are durable, and help get rid of any moisture. While i wouldnt choose this over underwear, not terrible for those who prefer this.

I was looking for something practical during a trip, and these were perfect. They’re comfortable, almost like regular underwear, but with the added benefit of being easy to dispose of. The waistband is stretchy, so it fits well and doesn’t feel tight or uncomfortable. The material was a little bit harsh but easy to get used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent! Not bulky or diaper=ish at all! This is for use by someone who had prostate cancer and diabetic who continually leaks throughout the day. It is most useful for him when traveling. It gives confidence.

This product is certainly a winner! You folks really have a great product that is easy to put on, easy to change, and provides good protection. Although it says on the box your "best protection", I wouldn't necessarily agree. In the sitting position, this product may leak when saturated. Also, the padding doesn't fully extend to the back, or near the back waist line. It kind of sits in a weird position a third of the way up the buttocks, giving a weird feeling with some movements. Might I suggest you add internal leak guards, especially around the leg cuffs, and extend the padding a bit more in the rear. Then this product would truly be superior. It might also be nice to have other exterior designs than just plain gray.
