I am having a problem for my husband with the sizing of this product, The L - XL is too big and the S-M is too small.

The Depends Real Fit Briefs for Men are by far one of the best products for daytime incontinence. Super absorbent and very little leakage issues

I am Urge incon and i flood. This product could not hadle one wetting it leaked. I threw the rest away and went back to the breifs. two thumbs down!

Never cared for these until the "Real Fit" arrived. Comfort is best by far & you never need worry about the fit and the protection of these.

A very comfortable fitting garment without extra material bunching around. Looks like fabric underwear instead of adult size Pampers. Great product.

yes it is good for leaks. and i like it and i would recamend it to all men Just needs more pading
