These depends are great for men with urinary problems... they are comfortable & can be worn as any underwear. Size covers a wide range of individuals but even with the top folder down still very wearable.

The descriptions staes the underwear will fit up to a 64" wiast I am a 48". The underwear is small and does not come up the back comfortably. Beware of the sizing description.

I wet the bed at times still, and i don't really fit in Goodnites well. These are a nice, comfy fit.. and they hold a ton! It's a bit pricey, but defiantly worth it if you're trying to contain your man-hood.

Only male incontinence underwear my dad will wear and he has tried them all, even VA would pay for these for what they send but my dad hated them he had rather pay for the depends

The fit chart for the XL size is bogus. It says pant size 44-64. I'm 52 and they are way to small. They roll down and off after 3 steps. It is false advertising.
