This product is in need of engineering in the rear of the briefs for comfort for prostate cancer patients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Prostate cancer patient. Love the way the briefs fit but would like the padding in the rear area of the briefs removed so when sitting you don't feel the bunching of the fabric.

This solves one of the issues of ageing!

Old Age is for the fortunate, but there are issues. This solves one of those issues! Good product, but I would suggest a real MEDIUM size, instead of a compromise product. I am not fat and I need a real MEDIUM size, not a compromise!
