My husband uses another “Shield Guard” with them after he had prostrate surgery. They seem to work well.

These have worked out great for my husband. They fit well with no leaks and no plastic feel or noise.

They fit better and do an excellent job. I recommend them if you are having problems with other types.

I get these for my gf who is 96years old. It gives him freedom but also respect in case he has an accident

Absorption capacity is surprisingly very good. No leaking unless it's handling an exceptionaly large volume of urine.

Fit just like regular underwear. Comfortable and absorbent. A bit more costly so I don’t use them for everyday use around the house.
