tried l/xl found they rip when putting on waistband. I had stroke and csnnot use left hand and arm so have to pull up from right side, this causes waistband to rip.

The descriptions staes the underwear will fit up to a 64" wiast I am a 48". The underwear is small and does not come up the back comfortably. Beware of the sizing description.
