Purchased for my father because the depends breifs were causing an inflamation on his bottom where the pad ends. My dad is a large man and the briefs although they claim to be xl are really small, which causes them to rip when I put them on him.

These did not help my husband at all. They do not absorb and they leaked onto the sheets/bed. So good for the maximum protection. Will not buy these again!
