The elastic band is very stretchy and underwear like. The inside and outside is soft and we did not have any leaks.

I was pleased with this product. If I could critique only one thing it would be to offer the underwear in the boxer brief style. These can ride up on occasion in the groin between the thighs. Overall good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the NEW Maximum Real-Fit fit at the waist. They don’t droop down like the old ones. Only found them on line, not in any stores. NOW THEY HAVE disappeared? Have you stopped selling before they even got off the ground. that’s terrible.

I recntly had prostate surgery and I suffer great discomfort when I sit down. I have tried other briefs and boxer style underpants. Real fit fits the best for me and does not bunch up when I sit down. There are two problems though. One is that I need a size larger than L/XL. These fit a little to tight where it counts. Secondly I don't leak that much, so something with a little to medium absorbancy would be fantastic.

The look is sleek and look a lot more like regular underwear. On top of that, these don't seem to irritate skin nearly as much as other brands.

But they are perfect. The price is perfect and the quality is phenomenal. The real feel is very comfy. They did not irritate. they are soft and very similar to cotton underwear. They are very easy to slide up and down. They do not rip easy. That was another issue i kept facing. But these are perfect.

After having a double fusion on my lower back, I found I had permanent nurve damage to lower half of body. this includes bowel and bladder problems. Your product not only works Great, but also saved my ego. The fit, style and comfort is unbelievable. No one can tell that I have them on and I don't worry about having an accident. THANK YOU!
