They are absorbent for leakage and small accidents but does not keep you dry after a large accident. For available options these are the best underwear.

Upon trying the sample that was sent we found that they are not only extremely absorbent but also very comfortable. They do not cut into his legs which other products do. He loves that they look more like regular underwear. He doesn't much care about what color briefs he is wearing but I find the new colors great. Also, to be absolutely effective it has to fit perfectly, but it didn't fit me perfectly and was loose in areas.

I didn't feel like I was wearing a disposable diaper which was my issue with this type of product in the past. I can wear these and still feel stylish and comfotable. I will definitely buy these if the store will only stock enough of my size so they don't keep running out. I may have to buy them on line. Great product!

I've been using these diapers for a few weeks now and overall they are pretty good. They are probably the most absorbent underwear style diaper I've used and they fit well and are very comfortable. The only thing I would change would be to add some leak guards (similar to the interior leak guards on the "protection with tabs" product). It would also be nice if the absorbent pad came up a little further in the back.
