My husband dislikes needing to wear Depends. When he tried Real Fit, he said its like wearing the underwear he used to wear. The only thing he doesn't like is the price.

when you're getting older and your body decides to make life exciting for you (not in a good way) these briefs make me feel human and not like I'm wearing a diaper! it's also absorbent and keeps you smelling fresh.

Just a suggestion, seperate large from XL---Large being its own size and XL a step up. Great retention but does have a tendency to rub in the crotch area for men who borderline large to XL.

I bought these upon a recommendation of a friend. After a prostatectomy, I was concerned about leakage. These fit great, and absorb and contain so much. I am extremely pleased with the confidence they instill.

Used many different brands of incontinent pants for my husband with dementia, Real Fit seem to do the best job. There is less leakage, they are more comfortable (so he doesn't take them off as often) and are easy to order.

I was surprised at the comfort and durability over the mainline product. I had bought them for over a year and stepped up only recently. Well worth the small increase in price.

The fit is good when compared with alternatives. Overall quality of product very good. Will continue to buy these for my husband until something with a slightly better fit comes along.

I really like the way they fit. Not tight. Very comfortable around the thighs and waist. Also not hot. Definitely will be be buying these from now on.

Be sure to check the size. I wear a large in everything else but wondered why the boys were escaping to find I am a sm/med in these. Clearly unable to use for their purpose (long air flights) so pretty much useless to me.

I have been using diapers for over 6 years, mostly Depends. This models of Depends is the very best - even much better than the Costco model. I highly recommend them. By far the best diaper I have used.
