I think these are great, and they're just what I need for my issues. Anybody looking for protection without looking or FEELING like you're wearing these, should try 'em out.

They fit very comfortably under clothes without any noticeable difference outside my trousers. Love the color choices and the new packaging. From now on, Depend is the brand for me. I've been wearing Depend as a brand choice for urinary incontinence for over 13 years, following following sucessful surgery for prostate cancer. The comfort and fit have been noticeably improved with time, Until Recently. I have experienced a recent and definite quality loss in two areas. The latest version of Real Fit a) starts to smell more quickly, and definitely fails to hide odor as well, and (b) sags far more quickly with urine. Unfortunately, there are times when I MUST wear the same diaper a bit longer than I would like, usually while wearing a suit. The older versions worked, and held up (usually) without a leak or a stink if I was careful. No longer so. The sagging may be due to the design change adding comfort, but I think the urine odor can only be attributed to a change in the content of the product. I guess I need to once again investigate other brands, indeed, if any remain. Too bad. I can only hope there is an interest in a "fix."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the depends real fit in a size small for my son as a gift he is autistic and in first grade however he’s a bit bigger than most seven-year-olds so I have to get large sizes. Usually, the kids can see that he’s wearing a pull-up with these they were like underwear they held any leak that he had during the hours of class and they were very comfortable to him Was extremely impressed due to the fact that most depends are either way too big too and just not at all discreet however, these were game changer. I have already purchased more and I do absolutely recommend to keep whomever is feeling confident protected and all around comfortable thumbs up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was soft and comfortable.. It did not bunch up, was not bulky and actually laid smoothly under outer clothing. Protection was good. I was concerned about the absorbent lining. It seem to shred and pill up as the day progressed.

And they are really adorable and I will be buying these from now on and I love how they feel like real underwear and the cost of these under wear are really resonable

The absorbency handles moderate leaks well, though heavy leaks may push its limits. The fit is snug yet comfortable, with a soft fabric that feels like real underwear. Odor control is effective, keeping things fresh throughout the day. Durability is decent, but the material can wear out after extended use. Overall, a reliable option with room for improvement.

These are very comfortable and good for moderate leaking. I want to love them, but still have issues with them leaking that I don’t have with some other products with higher absorbency. It doesn’t feel like they are as absorbent as other depend products with the same absorbency rating. They would be awesome if Depand could make a version of the Real Fit that had the same absorbency as the Fresh Protection™ Advanced Underwear for Men. Design and comfort are good.

My confidence is better, because of absorption and fabric like feel. I'll use these over previous product. Also, I can wear these longer because of the breathability. They don't make me feel like I'm wearing a diaper.
