[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pull-ups are near the top as far as pull-ups go, they are extremely comfortable and have an excellent fit which is good for those of us who are young and able yet suffer from incontinence. The absorbency is fair but I would think as much trouble as it is to change a pull-up they would be a little more absorbent and both of my samples did leak, however I think 2 simple things could fix this number 1 being standing leak guards, I dont think they would have leaked if they had this feature. Number 2 I think the padding should extend from the front waistband to the rear waistband and I think if they did these improvements I would wear them every day instead of a tape on diaper! Overall I think these would be a good choice for for active and/or working people so long as they keep a check on how wet they are. Thanks

I've been a Men's diaper wearer for some time now , and I usually wear the Por Homees for Men or some other kind... BUT when I saw the new Real Fit Diapers I had to try them out , I was amazed at the comfort feel and styling of the Diaper.. I'm not scared to wear them out for fear of leakage,,THESE new diapers are a sure win for the team..THANKS !

This product is certainly a winner! You folks really have a great product that is easy to put on, easy to change, and provides good protection. Although it says on the box your "best protection", I wouldn't necessarily agree. In the sitting position, this product may leak when saturated. Also, the padding doesn't fully extend to the back, or near the back waist line. It kind of sits in a weird position a third of the way up the buttocks, giving a weird feeling with some movements. Might I suggest you add internal leak guards, especially around the leg cuffs, and extend the padding a bit more in the rear. Then this product would truly be superior. It might also be nice to have other exterior designs than just plain gray.

Have been using the regular fit depends for years. Tried the sample real fit and like the compact fit better but on my sample the waist band tore off as I pulled the underwear on. A disappointment. On both types of depend the interior padding desinagrates after an 8 hr day at work. It is very absorbant but it should be more durable.

I have been using this product for over a year. The best way to use this product is as follows. 1. Use the smallest size you can. 2.. After putting on the product, push up the bottom into the V part of the legs. Then wear a proper fitting boxer brief on top of the Real Fit product. If you don't over due it in the liquid department, this one brief will last at least 6 hours. Great for Road Trips or for visiting other people. Love this product.

In my opinion this was not an improvement since the leg bands made it more difficult to get access to go when standing. In my opinion there was no improvement to prevent leaking when a reasonable amount was excreted.
