They offer a comfortable fit with elastic waistbands and leg openings ensuring they stay in place. They are extremely absorbent and you don’t have to worry about leaks. These are also very discreet and look just like cotton underwear. Overall these are very comfortable, and work great!

The Real Fit briefs for men do actually fit very well in the weight and size range specified. They are discrete; slim fitting and quiet. So in terms of comfort, fit and discreetness, I give them a rating of 5. The absorbency was disappointing. Since they have an absorbency rating of "maximum" in the Depend product line, one would expect that they would have above average absorbency. This was not the case. With even mild urinary leakage, the Real Fit briefs leaked through and got my pants wet. The back panel seems to have no or little wetness barrier, so leakage while sitting is inevitable. In spite of the excellent fit of the product, I must give it an overall rating of 1 star because the most important factor to me is leakage protection and discreetness. This product would not boost my confidence in public.

The absorbency and comfort are the highlights of this product. He tells it fits well and lasts for a long time with very little odor or any kind of discomfort. Highly recommend

I've been using these diapers for a few weeks now and overall they are pretty good. They are probably the most absorbent underwear style diaper I've used and they fit well and are very comfortable. The only thing I would change would be to add some leak guards (similar to the interior leak guards on the "protection with tabs" product). It would also be nice if the absorbent pad came up a little further in the back.

These underwear hug my body tightly (no gaping), are comfortable to wear all day long and I really like the gray color because they are less noticeable. These underwear feel and fit very close to regular underwear and I really like that they don’t allow for any leakage, keep me feeling fresh all day and hide any odors there might be.

The Real Fit Briefs are very comfortable to wear. It feels a little snug at first, however after a while, it loosens up a little. I haven't had a problem with leakage while wearing this product, even after leaking three times. Real Fit Briefs are very discreet. I can once again go through my day without worrying that I will wet.

These are by far the best fitting, incontinence breifs I've ever worn! They look so great on you that it doesn't look like protection. Overall a very good product, no one will ever notice you are wearing it, and even if they see it show when you bend over it just looks like reg underwear. So very discreet , and not to mention comfortable, like you are on a cloud.
