[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to wear these at age 31 due to bladder control issues. These are very comfortable, soft and most of the time I forget I'm wearing them. They hide under my jeans very well and hold up to my very active lifestyle. These are the best incontience underwear I've worn. They absorb every drip, trickel, surge and even when I can't make it to the bathroom and loose complete bladder control. They do need to be immediately changed after a larger accident but they still feel pretty dry even when soaked. They do OK on oder control. Nothing can completely hide the smell of urine. The real fit underwear has given me my life back. I do everything else other 30 year old guys do, I just need some protection. My confidence has skyrocketed since I started wearing these.

He had tried several other brands and his slacks always got wet. Not with the real fit as it hugs around the leg and feels secure. Firstly I got it in size S-M so it fits pretty well, comfortable to wear for a whole day at work. It absorbs quickly and controls ordor excellently, which is a big pros. I've been a Men's diaper wearer for some time now , and I usually wear the Por Homees for Men or some other kind... BUT when I saw the new Real Fit Diapers I had to try them out , I was amazed at the comfort feel and styling of the Diaper.. I was very skeptical before making this purchase. I was not completely sold on the idea, but it was the only option I had. I’m not sure of the capacity , but I do not intend to use as a full diaper. With this being said, I’m very pleased with the form fit and the absorption it has for the male anatomy.
