Would suggest that maybe a size for youth large /xl could be made to compensate for the upperwaist being a bit high on smaller frame persons

I really like the way these fit and feel, they are comfy and they look good considering they are an incontinence product they look more like regular underwear. I think they could benefit from a few improvements like leak guards, they have leaked on me a few times and I think leak guards would have prevented those leaks, second I think they would be better if the padding went all the way up the back mainly because these are intended for young and active people who still work everyday and my job puts me in all kinds of positions where padding in the back would help tremendously. Last I think more colors and/or designs would benefit us all. However, all of this said I dont get to wear these often because it is too much trouble to find a place where I can strip down to change a pullup but I usually start my day in a real fit and switch to a regular diaper when it is time to change. I take care of my father who is 92 and like many his age, he is unable to dress himself. With his weakness, I'm handling everything for him from feeding to showering to dressing. The problem I find with Real Fit in comparison to regular Depends, is that they are not strong enough. When dressing him, I must hurriedly pull up his pants and quite often the waistband is separating from the backside fabric, no matter how careful I am! Please don't kid yourself with ads including star athletes and Hollywood starlets, as your obvious customer is always going to be the elderly. I'm happy for you to market Real Fit, but please do not stop manufacturing regular Depends! I will also say that Depends are much better than the "store" brands! I've tried them all with my Dad! Regular Depends fit the tightest to prevent leakage!

They did not fit properly, so if you are more a XL than a L, forget them. And they TORE APART easily: the waistband easily separated from the body. I probably had to throw away 20% of the box because they tore when I pulled them up, and didn’t really want underwear with large holes!!! I will definitely go back to the “old style” Depends.

Even though the Depends from Wal Mart are the same size and thickness as the ones from another store, they are not as roomy and the ones from the other store have a higher waist band which makes it easier to pull them up where they should be. I was disappointed because they came in a 2-pack bundle, so it will take a while before I can order from the other store.
