[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are odour control and I got the Xl sixe size so certainly fits me, the comfort with elasticity is really good. The absorbency is also good but it depends on the liquid but so far it works as expected.

I bought these for my dad who is 5' 7" and weighs 140 lbs, They look good but the L / XL size is quite deceiving and the fit is extremely tight which is quite surprising. He also mentioned that they are rather bulky. They do work well and I think once you get the weight proportions correct, it should be fine. You also need to consider making them for the larger population what about men who weigh 400 pounds?

I got a package of the new RealFit at the drug store, they are different than the one I had previously ordered online. At first I was a little worried that they had been changed for the worse, but after wearing a couple I have to say Well Done depend. The new Realfit are vastly superior to the old one. They are much softer, less prone to leaking and more absorbent. The only thing that could improve them would be standing leak guards similar to the ones on "Protection with tabs". Making the absorbent pad come up a bit further in the back would be nice as well.

Stays very dry and keeps odorless. It comes in a pack of 14 briefs, and the gray color is very neutral. Highly recommended!

The briefs felt like real under wear. Only used two days. Had one accident driving today had some wetting on my pants . Not sure why. I also have IBS(c) so I figure while working, driving truck local, I would feel more at ease. Any one else have IBS problems.?

He felt comfortable when going places with the leak proof protection and was able to slide right into them like underwear. Very comfortable and discreet. No worries of odor or leaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who deals with incontinence on a daily basis, finding the right product to not only keep you dry but to stop you from embarrassing leaks it is crucial to find the combination of absorbency and overall fit and comfortability. That being said, the underwear in question is indeed soft, but that's all I pros i can say about it. I do not think this product is for me and is more geared towards individuals who have very slight loss of urine, not full voids. So, to sum it up. It would be great for people who experience little to light incontinence but definitely not for someone who suffers from moderate to severe incontinence.

He works in construction and if the other men were to see the outline it would be kindergarten all over lol. Long story short these are invisible and cannot be seen. The color is great as he is not a colorful kinda guy. A couple leaks would have made him run to change his pants, but not now.

The diaper after several hours clumped the cotton absorption material and it became uncomfortable to wear. Also, it doesn't absorb smell and afraid that fecal material would be a disaster. A new design similar to a jock strap for urine only would be appealing.
