I purchased this item for my husband. He likes the fit and they resemble regular brief underwear. I asked how it controlled his leakage and he had no complaints. I think it is wise to buy in bulk. My husband weighs 186 lbs. I ordered the XL ... the briefs were a little roomy but my husband liked the size and didn't want them to be too snug. One case had two packages of 52 briefs...those 104 briefs more than covered him for one month. The price is affordable and I plan to re-order. This is a new normal for my husband and these briefs are as close to normal as he can get when you compare them to the other brands.

Ive used several different types and Real Fit are the highest quality. Great absorbency with no leakage. Comfortable and no one knows I wear them. Depends Maximum fit are very good to. Not as absorbent but work at bedtime or when being less active. Great products.

My husband has tried everything for incontinence for 18 mos. These fit well, are comfortable and give him the freedom to be active. It's all he'll use (although I wish he'd get better and not need them). Buying in bulk helps to keep the price down. If you haven't tried them, you should!

I ordered these for my husband, I had bought some locally, but Walmart's price was much better. The fit was right and they absorb wonderfully. Plus they were delivered right to my door. Sadly, I will be returning them as he passed away before we could use the ones we ordered from Walmart. I would recommend them.

I am new to wearing a diaper. So I bought several brands and different types to see what I liked. They all absorbed enough. Prices varied as much as $10. I wanted to choose one that I could buy locally and not pay too much. This brief won. It isn't bulky and bulge out front. You don't even know that it is different from your briefs.

These briefs are barely distinguishable from "real" underwear. They even come in two colors. They provide very good protection, especially at night. The only problem is the cost. If your loved one needs multiple briefs per day, using these will be relatively expensive. But if you can afford a dollar each, Depend is the best.

I ordered S/M as per picture on box which is what I expected to receive. However they did not come in boxes but packed commercialy wrapped in paper 2 packages I accepted that except that the briefs which ar marked S/M are correct in waist size but wider than those coming from a box. I have measured them both from a box and what Walmart sent. These are too wide and useless. How to return to Walmart for credit. Needless to say I am dissapointed that Walmart would not fill order as shown Pl respond Thank you

Just received my box of Depends today. But, have used Depends in the past and highly recommend them to others. I also just got a new medication and it really hasn't had time to kick in, this should hopefully, get me out of having to use Depends. Wal Mart had the best price after looking on the internet.

I suggest the waistband extend further up the torso. The garment has a tendency to slide down which causes discomfort. Additionally in hot weather I perspire - if there was some way to allow breathability with leakage protection - the product would be outstanding.

My elderly parents are both suffering from incontinence, but my father was reluctant to the use of "pampers" and since I ordered these for him, he is pleased and like them very much because they look like underwear, not pampers. The funny part is that now my 89 years old mom doesn't want me to order her the ones made for woman, instead, she likes using these too, because she feels she is well protected specially when she has to go out of her home. This is a great product and I hope it is available for a long time.
