The PIES are back in season! Yeah!!!!! Okay, I just ordered 3 of these when I saw them online for same day delivery last week. Then I noticed the price difference, but the joy of having the pies still propelled me to order them. When they arrived, and especially when I went to cut the first pie, I noticed that they are so much larger; I would say 50% larger, therefore matching the 50% price hike. So do not be discouraged by the price hike. In this case, this particular product matches the price hike both in quality and in quantity. It is not just an arbitrary profit jump, it also benefits us, the consumers. My son, who has been eating French Silk Pies for over 20 years complained that I'd given him too large of a slice. This pie is huge, so cut your slices a bit thinner than you're used to and enjoy your French Silk Pie once again. I noticed that this seasonal pie disappears at Easter weekend, so enjoy this through Sam's Club until Easter Weekend. I plan to stock my freezer around Easter weekend. In the meantime, I will continue to enjoy my favorite pie weekly, oh I meant daily. I just sip a bit of vinegar or lime or lemon afterwards to help balance my body's PH, and then I continue with more pie either later on in the day or the next day. So enjoy my Friends!!!!

Yummy but hate the price on the larger size pie, just wished it was back a bit smaller size.
