Not big enough for 7 person as advertised, it's more like a 4 person spa, the original filter that came with it was clogged. I called customer service but they told me it was impossible. The water was most of the time dirty, cloudy, and full of debris. I decided to buy a filter on my own. The difference was like night and day, i could visibly see the water being pulled hard with the new filter. I told customer service but no response.

We bought this hot tub as our Christmas present to ourselves. We really like the size and how he jets feel. However, we much prefer the smooth acrylic or fiberglass finish of our old spa to the surface of this one, as it was much easier to keep clean. We've had a problem trying to keep this white lining clean both at and above the water line on the sides and on the flat side surfaces. The instruction manual says you should be able to clean with mild cleaner, but this has been a big problem for us. The white top where the control panel gets very discolored all along it and will no longer come completely clean after only 5 months. We're not sure where the discoloration is coming from. Also, the side panel of the spa (on the same side as the filter) has warped. What can be done to fix or replace this panel please? We too have had problems where we fill the tub so that the upper jets are under water when the spa is empty. Then when my husband and I get in, some of the water spills over the top of the tub. Then when you go to get out, the water level is now below some of the top jets where you get pummeled with water in your face and body when you try to get out. Then you have to add water back to the spa again and repeat the cycle. Lastly, I've recently had spine surgery, so we drained and cleaned the spa for when we can start using it again. Where is the serial number located please? I have the Sam's Item # and model #, but may need the serial number to address these issues. Purchased August 2019. No problems great workhorse of a unit. The 2 motors have lots of power. Easy to drain and clean.

Worth the wait. It’s such a awesome tub for the money. Jets have a lot of power and the lights with the waterfall are amazing. It comfortably seats 4-5 adults. I would highly recommend.

Okay what I like: Strong jets, value price, Clearwater Spa’s great customer service What I don’t like: You sit high compared to a Hot Springs hot tub, this is NOT an adult 7 seater - maybe 3 adults
