We've had this for several weeks now and have absolutely loved it. Just know, it needs to be wired 230, not 220. Once we fixed that, the tub works like a dream. Adjustable jets are great. It's not the hot tubs problem, but getting my bromine levels right has been a bit of a chore. The whole family is still using it daily. Price was so much better than anything else on the market. Very pleased with the purchase!

I’m a first time hot tub owner and I think this was perfect for my family and a great price point. It was delivered March 7th and wasn’t expecting it until March 22nd and the delivery company and driver were very accommodating and nice to work with. It’s easy to operate and maintain. Great buy!

I couldnt afford top of the line so i researched and purchased this one. Its absolutely perfect for me and my family. Jets are strong. I keep mine on a lower setting. Heats quickly. It has 6 seats and the jets in each seat are awesome. Then there is a cool down seat. With no jets . Its nice to have that option. The waterfall adds to it but i just turn it on for looks..the lights are nice too. Its a great deal for your money.

The spa arrived two weeks ahead of schedule which was great. Received notice from shipping company a few days before delivery and had to scramble for movers and an electrician. Sam's said several times that they would notify of shipping but never did (and still haven't). Order to delivery was just under 60 days. The spa was packaged on a broken pallet secured with shrink wrap and cardboard. Amazingly damage free. Setup went smoothly and the spa was leak free and all functions work. The test will be on the long term operation. Lifesmart is Watkins Manufacturing budget line for big box stores but the build quality seems pretty good and the price was right.

Started using our hot tub about 2 weeks ago. It is wonderful! Love that jet stream power can be adjusted. We wanted many jets and these do not disappoint. Good strong flow from every one of them. Had to buy steps for getting into and out of. Nice good overall look. Cover is thick and sturdy. Would definitely recommend.

We purchased several weeks ago and have been using it almost every night. Jets are super powerful; I actually turn them down quite a bit. Heats up super fast and runs quietly. We have had spasms I. The past, and I believe this one is very well built and equipped, not to mention the price was exceptional.

Jets are really powerful!! Great tub for the price. I don’t care for the textured white interior and the heat controls are quite awkward to work with. But, we use it every night!! Be careful to inspect the tub before the delivery team leaves. Ours had a damaged shell and two weeks later still no word on whether it will be repaired or replaced.

Hot tub arrived a month late, which was problematic, but actually not bad compared with other dealers in COVID production (Jacuzzi quoted 9+months for delivery). Sam's club was not helpful on giving us any information about the delivery schedule or delays. The curbside delivery is also not ideal, however, we were able to install it ourselves relatively easily. A friend who delivered hot tubs during the summer in college gave me the tip. The hot tub is delivered on end. Cut 4 or 5 three foot sections of 4" PVC pipe. Have the truck driver drop the tub on top of these. Two people can roll the tub relatively easily with a third person placing a new PVC section in front to roll onto and collecting as they come out the rear. A bit medieval but it works if you have relatively level ground and not too complicated placement. Good for 4 people, six adults would be tight with a lot of water spilling out. Jets are plentiful and powerful enough for what I need. Overall, we are happy with the purchase and value. Also consider chemical starter kid (e.g. spa frog) and a cover lift when you purchase.

Not the most comfortable hot tub in the world (too shallow and rough surface), but I do like its large size and super powerful jets. My first week, so I hope it lasts.

We like our hot tub, but it was over 2 months late from the scheduled delivery date and the customer service was ATROCIOUS . We called 8 different times and were put on hold for 45+ minutes and received zero answers or specifics on the delay or estimated delivery date. The hot tub also does not comfortably fit 7 people. While there are 7 seats, the foot/leg room is rather crowded. The materials and jets are great and it’s relaxing to get in with another person or 2 but not 7 people.
