Avoid. Constantly having to refill after use.

This is a terrible spa. The jets are so close to the top of the spa that when you fill it up so two people can use it and then four people get in, the water overflows from the top and spills out. Then when you go to get out the waterline drops below the jets and turns the jets into a supersoaker and blasts the person across from the jets in the face with water. You have to hold the jet button down to permantely shut them off in order to get out without the jets shooting water ten feet outside the spa. You are not able to easily shift between two users and four users. I contacted the manufacturer and they admitted that this is known. They don't care. They actually told me that they will DRAIN the spa before four people get in so it doesn't overfill. Not only is that asinine, but it also doesn't fix the issue of when one or two people get out and the other two get blasted in the face with water from the jets. The company knows that once you purchase and months go by before you receive it, install it, fill it up, you aren't going to return it. Had I known it would be that pathetically made, I definitely would have bought another spa.

Great Buy at $3,500!

This is a GREAT HOT TUB! Many jets and very powerful! Four people fit comfortably, maybe a fifth. The features are great including varying seat depths and the mini waterfall. The two pumps are powerful and maintain heat very well when the cover is off. What viewers need to know is that the hookup by a professional is expensive. Paid $750 for a licensed electrician (1st quote was $1,970 but thankfully received a separate 2nd quote of $750. Keep this in mind when paying the price. I see other companies sell same spa for many thousands more!

Great value

First time hot tub owner. Can’t beat the price and value. Read a review saying that the interior finish of this feels like sandpaper; that could not be more inaccurate. Love our hot tub so far! I would say having 4-5 ppl in it is more reasonable than 7

Poor delivery

I do not recommend buying this hot tub from Sams Club. It arrived 5 days ahead of schedule with no call or coordination from the shipper. I came home and they left it in the middle of my driveway.

Broke and leaking

Less than 2 years old, if over heated somehow when the settings were set at 90 degrees. The water was boiling. I had to turn off the breaker them suddenly it started leaking form the bottom. How do I get a warranty claim started?

If replacement parts are needed, we can work with you if under warranty, but it would be a good idea to contact Watkins to confirm your purchase and warranty information.

Great Spa

Bought it in August 2020 been sitting on a cement slab behind my garage for just shy of 3 years. Been set at 103 degrees ran through 3 winter's no leaks no issues. This is my third spa unbelievably energy efficient. Great Spa

Need help please with some Spa issues

We bought this hot tub as our Christmas present to ourselves. We really like the size and how he jets feel. However, we much prefer the smooth acrylic or fiberglass finish of our old spa to the surface of this one, as it was much easier to keep clean. We've had a problem trying to keep this white lining clean both at and above the water line on the sides and on the flat side surfaces. The instruction manual says you should be able to clean with mild cleaner, but this has been a big problem for us. The white top where the control panel gets very discolored all along it and will no longer come completely clean after only 5 months. We're not sure where the discoloration is coming from. Also, the side panel of the spa (on the same side as the filter) has warped. What can be done to fix or replace this panel please? We too have had problems where we fill the tub so that the upper jets are under water when the spa is empty. Then when my husband and I get in, some of the water spills over the top of the tub. Then when you go to get out, the water level is now below some of the top jets where you get pummeled with water in your face and body when you try to get out. Then you have to add water back to the spa again and repeat the cycle. Lastly, I've recently had spine surgery, so we drained and cleaned the spa for when we can start using it again. Where is the serial number located please? I have the Sam's Item # and model #, but may need the serial number to address these issues. Thank you so much for any help you can provide for these issues.
