[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a few sonicare over the years but this is the the best model yet. The cleaning is amazing. I go to the dentist twice a year and they always comment on the lack of plaque on my teeth.

This model is great at first. But it doesn't last long enough for the price. Mine is completely shot after 13 months. It isn't the battery this time. Instead, it has a strange vibration and doesn't have the power it had before.

I bought this model during the Black Friday sale last year and it has suddenly started making loud rattling noise with irregular buzzing. It hasn't even reached warranty time and it's already malfunction. Really disappointed by Philips.

These are excellent toothbrushes, but get the warranty! We are on our second set of these and have had to file claims on both sets due to them failing at the vibrating part. It does do an excellent job of cleaning our teeth but they wear out quick.

Supposed to notify user every thirty seconds to change quadrants. Usually, only get one notification after 90 seconds. Not a big deal or I would have sent it back. Battery life is as advertised, about two weeks. Quiet. Like the size and feel.

Divide the purchase price by two and that is the cost per year you will pay because the product is not built to last. When it starts vibrating loudly it is gone. If it is under warranty Philips may send you a replacement but it will also last less than two years. It's a great toothbrush while it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good, inexpensive model which odes not rotate.Instead, it just vibrates. Due to frequent vibration per minute, the metal mile that the toothbrush head goes into may get loosen in a few years. Thus, it must be used with care. I had to get mine replaced through warranty with no cost.
