The toothbrush will nor charge past a one light. Which is not a good brushing. Will not charge properly. Have used Sonicare for 20 plus years.

Purchased this two pack in Sept 2023 and both toothbrushes have stopped working. Part that holds brushes is broken on both. Really thought the would last longer.

I’ve been using Sonicare since they introduced. I’ve tried Oral B products and always go back to Sonicare. Even got my doc (dentist) who was an avid Oral B fan to try the Sonicare. He was sold too!

We have noticed that even though it does the same efficient level of cleaning and polishing teeth, the product itself has degraded in its reliability. The Philips toothbrushes used to last us 1-2 years before we needed to replace. Over the last 3 years, the product conks out in 6 months or less.

I received the ProtectiveClean 6100 Sonicare to review and sample and it by far surpassed my expectations. Not only was this toothbrush easy to handle and operate, but it also provided great quality and functionality. My favorite feature is the auto shut off function that lets me know when to move to a different section to brush. I highly recommend this product if you are looking a toothbrush that is simple to use and efficient in every way.

This is the 2nd Sonicare model to fail in the last 3 years. This newer generation model is built just well enough to outlast the warranty. Garbage. Because I have brush heads, I'll buy the cheapest model to use them up, then switch to a better quality maker.

Been using it for 1-3 months! Cleans well! Easy to use! I like the option of different settings. The charge lasts such a long time! It looks very sleek as well and looks good in the bathroom. I have had other brands and this one is more superior. I will stay with this brand! Worth the money!
