I received a free sample of the Protective Clean 6100 Sonicare. This is an awesome product. It`s sleek, and very modern looking. I have used electric toothbrushes in the past, and I completely expected this one to be similar, but I was completely pleasantly surprised. The feel of the brush head really felt like I was getting a dentist`s clean. It didn`t have that uncomfortable feeling that many other electric brushes have - this one is smaller, but really does the job. I really liked the 3 levels of cleaning (clean, whiten and gum care), and the different vibrations of the brush head. It took a few tries to figure out how to move from one level of cleaning to the next, but once I did, I could really feel the differences to decide which one was better for me. Another bonus was the travel case. I generally take a manual toothbrush on vacation, but this one will be easy to pack. I`ve only used it for a few days, but can already feel the difference on my teeth. Definitely an improvement over my old toothbrush. Highly recommend!

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I've been using this toothbrush for approx. a week now and so far I really like it. I got a white one, not sure if it comes in other colors but honestly that doesn't matter to me. This product has three features:Clean,white (which is supposed to make your teeth whiter) and gums. So far I can't tell the difference with the three settings, they all seem the same to me. I do like that the brush will beep and stop for a brief moment if you are pressing too hard. I have not noticed my teeth being whiter but maybe that takes longer than a week. One issue I do have is that you can't switch between the three settings while brushing, you have to stop and then restart with the next setting you want. All in all I really do like this toothbrush and would recommend to others.

I bought this for my granddaughter for an early birthday present. She is only 16 and is already having gum issues so I am hoping this helps her. My husband and I have had our Sonicare for a couple of years and we have great dental checkups and hopefully my granddaughter will too. She has used the toothbrush for two days and already loves how her teeth feel!!

I received a free unit for product testing to review, but this toothbrush exceeded expectations of what a powered toothbrush can do. The most impressive features were the quadpacer and the pressure sensitivity. It was very helpful to know that I may have been brushing too hard at times, and the brush pulses when too much force is being used. Similarly the quadpacer is a great reminder to brush each area of your mouth equally instead of guesstimating while doing it manually. Although, I would have liked some additional time added for tongue cleaning. It`s great for teeth cleaning and breaking the mouth into quadrants and areas, but would have to restart to add additional tongue brushing. Teeth felt cleaner after each brush. Have only used it the brush for about 10 days so haven`t seen much in the sense of whitening so I can`t speak to that impact. The lighting on the brush can be bright. The replacement heads are more expensive. When brushing, I seemed to gleek more if my mouth wasn`t fully closed. All in all, very pleased with the brush. Interested to see if the whitening improves and how the next dental check up goes after using this brush extensively.

Overall it was easy to use and having the three brushing modes is ideal for me because It gave me the option to brush for a longer or shorter time. I felt my overall gum health was better after only a week of use. My favorite feature is the easy start feature which over time increases the power to help your teeth and gums get used to using a electric toothbrush. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an easy to use high quality electric toothbrush.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I would give the Philips ProtectiveClean 6100 Sonicare 5 stars. I have been using Sonicare and years and this model works as well as previous versions but has a couple of new features that I really like. I found the design of the Sonicare to be sleek and easy to use. I appreciate the three modes that you can easily switch between `clean`, `white` and `gum care`. I think it will take at least a month to see if there is a difference in each of these modes but it`s nice to be able to choose. I mostly used the white mode and felt that worked very well for me. I also like that the brush head is very easy to attach and remove. This allows you to clean the bottom of the brush head. This design is much improved from previous versions that would allow lots of `gunk` to build up on the inside of the brush head which was difficult to clean. My favorite feature of this toothbrush is the Brush head replacement reminder. This smart brush heads use a microchip to synch with the handle and will alert you with a light on the handle when it`s time to replace the brush head. I really appreciate this feature because I never remember when to it`s time to change this brush head. Another very useful feature is the battery light that indicates the status of the battery life. There are four different colors/beeps that tell you if the toothbrush if fully charged or has no brushing sessions left and needs to be charged. Overall I`m very happy with this toothbrush and feel like the new features are a definite improvement. I would highly recommend this toothbrush for ease of use and helpful features.

I received a free Protective Clean 6100 Sonicare in exchange for a review. I was really impressed overall with this toothbrush. I have used an electric toothbrush for years and could definitely tell that this product was working better then past electric toothbrushes I have owned. INITIAL IMPRESSIONS: I was a little shocked the first time I used this. It felt way too powerful. I was able to use button on toothbrush to switch to lowest speed. It was still a little strong, but I got used to it pretty quickly. When I was finished my teeth felt very smooth and clean. FEATURES: I like that toothbrush warns you to move to new areas and quits after alotted time. It easily became part of my routine. I think the notification to get new brush head is unnecessary and will probably just use my own judgement. I feel that the toothbrush also does a good job on gum care which is something I need to work on. The fact that I can choose from 3 different speeds is great and a feature I will be looking for in the future. I like that the toothbrush includes travel lid and case. That should make it very easy to keep clean during vacations. Overall, I have to say that I am very happy with this product and will continue to use. I like the improvement I feel in the cleanliness of my teeth.

I finally made the switch to an electric toothbrush about a month ago. I originally had the Oral-B 8000 and it was too bulky, too loud, just too much. So I exchanged it for a Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean 6100 and I’ve never loved brushing more! I love the three levels of intensities and that I can adjust the timing of brushing by selecting a different mode. The battery lasts me about 10 days before it starts telling me it’s dying. And even then, I can use it another 4 or 5 before it’s time to charge it. Today I had a dental cleaning and my hygienist kept commenting on how nice my gums look and how clean my teeth are, that there was virtually nothing in terms of tartar or plaque. I’m so glad I decided to finally up my brushing game with an electric brush.

I received a free sample of this Sonicare to review and I was impressed. I own an older model of the Sonicare, and I must say this one is certainly an upgrade. I like how there are 3 cleaning modes. I also enjoy that if you are brushing too rough, it alerts you via pulsing so that you can let up.
