Good product

I don't like the new push on brush design vs the old screw on brush. The older model feels more solid and not as tinny feeling as the new model. All in all it's still a very good product.

Sonicare 6100

Make sure you read the directions. The slim design is a little difficult for people with arthritis as it does vibrate. Purchased to replace my outdated Sonicare "E" Series.

I Really Like this Great E-Toothbrush!

Very nicely designed, good quality of materials, light, mobile, ez to use, good selection of speed/intensity and auto-timing, good choices of different brush heads, very nice case and charger, good descriptive manual. 5*****

Great features, comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Sonicare brush in 30 years! Very reliable. Can't imagine going back to a manual brush!

Loud, then breaks

At first these were incredibly loud—so loud, there were concerns about them damaging hearing. Then, after about a year, the bottom broke—quit holding the brush tightly. The brush broken and is now even louder. Not worth the money if it’s going to break.

Ok, but not great.

This model is great at first. But it doesn't last long enough for the price. Mine is completely shot after 13 months. It isn't the battery this time. Instead, it has a strange vibration and doesn't have the power it had before.

replacement power toothbrush

bought this to replace an older Philips Sonicare toothbrush that wasn't holding a charge very well anymore. this does a good job cleaning my teeth and i hope to get years of service from it. i feel it was money well spent and i am very satisfied with this product.

Sonicare doesn’t work well for everyone.

I am an 81 year-old widow. I bought the Philips Sonicare because my daughter & son-in-law have this system & really like it. Several of my bottom teeth are crowned. As soon as I started using this instrument my teeth & gums became very sore. I had to stop using the Sonicare, so now I have a device for which I paid $149+tax, & I cannot use it.

Don't last ,quality has gone downhill on these

I have gone through two of these in the last 3 years. They simply don't last anymore! I have the older model that first came out and it has lasted like 8 years, yet these new and improved ones are such a disappointment. They start making a very loud noise then the vibration power goes down and the toothbrush becomes useless. I just returned them and were only 6 months old.

Bristles loose

I received this item on 12/9/22 and used it the morning of 12/10. When I finished brushing, I felt something strange in my mouth. When I spit it out, I found it was a set of the blue bristles at the top of the brush. Then I noticed the top center bristles were hanging off the brush. I used this brush one time @clean mode. I was shocked because I've been using Sonicare brushes for 20 years. No way it can remove 900% more plaque if the bristles don't even stay in the brush.
