Supposed to notify user every thirty seconds to change quadrants. Usually, only get one notification after 90 seconds. Not a big deal or I would have sent it back. Battery life is as advertised, about two weeks. Quiet. Like the size and feel.

It makes my teeth feel so clean and I have been recommending it to everyone because that’s how much I believe in Phillip’s brand. My ex boyfriend use to use it in 2018 and I thought it was cool so I asked him to buy me one and I loved it since then. I ended up breaking up with him but I kept my Phillips toothbrush.

This is the second Sonicare toothbrush for me. Love the feeling of a clean mouth! No complaints about effectiveness. The handle has been redesigned and is smooth around the entire circumference making it somewhat difficult to hold and control. A different texture on the back of the handle would make it nearly perfect. The rfid chip to track use is interesting but makes for expensive replacement brush heads.

Purchased at Sams Club in-store 2PK with brush heads and cases to replace older model Sonicare brushes that are failing. Have used less than 1 month but so far we're pleased with toothbrushes. Registered warranty online and received an extra 6 mos (30 mos ttl). Per instructions, wifi brush heads are needed to take full advantage of features but older model heads will work. Agree with other reviewers, cases do not latch. Also, not enough room in case to hold charging stand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the phillips sonic tooth brush. This is my third. The last two died after a few years, but long after warranty. The only problem I have is that although this tooth brush is new and I'm using the brush head that came with it, the brush falls off as I'm using it. This just started a couple weeks ago and I've been meaning to contact the company about the warranty. I can still brush with it, but it falls off at least one time, every day. I've taken off the brush head and cleaned both ends, but I don't see anything that would keep it from having a strong placement. I haven't had this happen with your previous tooth brushes. Although my last one didn't seem to have a good seal with any new brush heads after I had used it tge base for a couple years. I thought that maybe I was buying the wrong brush heads, so tried several different types of sonic brush head, but all seemed to have a gap and were wobbly. That said, none if them ever fell off the base while in use. Can you help?

the Sonic toothbrush does a great job of cleaning and maintaining teeth, especially when you don’t have the dexterity to use a regular brush. Unfortunately, we continue to replace them with 1, 2, and 2.5 years, just after warranty expires. They just don’t last as long as you would expect for such an expensive toothbrush.

This is my third or so sonicare. The brush is terrific and allows you to clean your teeth well without damaging your gums. My only complaint is that the brush/battery stops working around the 4 to 5 year mark and you are forced to buy a new brush. Even with 6 month extended warranty offering (if you register your product on line), the max warranty is 2.5 years. This time around, sonicare did offer me 2 free brush heads if I bought a new tooth brush. For me, you have to get a brush with 3 or so settings as I need gum care (a more gentle) setting. This new brush seems great

It is much more powerful and I feel like I get an amazing clean each time I’m brush my teeth. It holds it’s charge for a long time and it has many more features than my other Sonicare toothbrush. Not to mention, I love the pink!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I started using the 6100 it was a little strange as I’ve never used an electric toothbrush before. But one of the standout features I really like is the built-in pressure sensor, which alerts you if you're brushing too hard, helping to protect your gums from damage. It also includes a smart timer and pacer, ensuring you brush for the recommended two minutes. I would have preferred a little longer on the timer. The toothbrush comes with a long-lasting battery that provides up to two weeks of use once charged. I actually have gotten over 6 weeks on a single charge.

Love this toothbrush. I actually look forward to brushing my teeth. My teeth look and feel so clean. And they’re whiter after just one week! I use the normal mode most days, which lasts two minutes and notifies you when to change the quadrant you are brushing. The teeth whitener mode lasts three minutes and tickles my gums a little. I haven’t tried the gum health mode yet. I was excited to get two complete brushes with the charger and carrying case for each since I alternate living between two states. This gives me a brush for each home for just the price of one.
