Tillamook cheese is THE BEST cheese out there!! Its definitely more expensive than other brands, but you can taste the quality. I truly believe that you cant go wrong with any flavor of tillamook cheese.

This is one if my favorites! We usually get the medium cheddar, but we get pepperjack for a treat! It is not super spicy—just a tad. Great flavor. It has a similar hardness to the cheddar, but a little more crumbly.

We purchase this pepper jack all the time, but this last time, the cheese is all crumbly, dry and doesn't melt. Why would this be like that? Very disappointed and it is not cheap so what a waste.
