This is one if my favorites! We usually get the medium cheddar, but we get pepperjack for a treat! It is not super spicy—just a tad. Great flavor. It has a similar hardness to the cheddar, but a little more crumbly.

We purchase this pepper jack all the time, but this last time, the cheese is all crumbly, dry and doesn't melt. Why would this be like that? Very disappointed and it is not cheap so what a waste.

I only use this brand of cheese these days. The pepper jack is the perfect amount of spicy but not too spicy. The only way I could think to improve it would be to give me a free lifetime supply lol
