To preface this, I was a cheese specialist for over two years and got to learn a lot about cheese! This cheese is a good beginner loaf for other cheeses. It has great freshness and taste, I often recommend it to those looking for a good starter cheese!

I live by Tillamook.., and this is the best cheese!! I only buy from this brand the pepper jack is one of my favorites! It's an a good value.... The Tillamook factory is a awesome place to go!! I would recommend you to go there! The best Restaurant and an excellent cheese sample station!!

I keep pepper jack around for sandwiches or sometimes just a good snack along with fruit and nuts. Tillamook makes a solid cheese, but I admit to enjoying trying the fancy brands at my local cheese shop and enjoying them more because of the fat content. Still, those fancy cheeses are expensive so I don’t get them often. Instead I keep a block of this in my fridge for a quick and affordable snack.

I love pepper jack cheese so this always satisfies me especially the fact that it's already precut. I like the fact that I don't have to cut it for my hamburgers. Also they're easy to grab and snack on. I eat pepper jack cheese more than I eat other cheese I would recommend if you want pre-sliced
