this is so gmo, you can't fry it well (the leaves won't wilt) unless it's saturated or submerged in oil. I was making cabbage & hamburger. A simple dish. I ended up steaming it.

I did the Sam's online order and the person that pulled the cabbage chose one with a extremely large black spot that was apparent on the first layer of cabbage leaves. It made 1 out of the 2 cabbages in the bag virtually inedible. It would be great when selecting produce these types of things are looked at and the produce should be pulled even before putting it out in coolers. There were at least 2 employees that overlooked it. The first one that put it out and the one that pulled my order.
