To be blunt, Breyer's depends on too many added ingredients to boost ice cream flavors with minor exceptions as all vanilla or this strawberry version. I just bought this one because my actual favorite brand, made in Oregon, with strawberries was not avaiblable at that time of purchase. Most other brands, except for two brands from Oregon, overload on. high fructose corn syrup and several preservatives. We end up paying for less "cream" and so called natural ingredients and more everything else.

My first purchase this ice cream because my husband is to have a low sugar diet. But he love ice cream and the strawberry flavor, I decided to try this brand because the price was within budget. And it turned out that he really likes it. So I tried it myself and found it is really good.

I love all the Breyers Natural ice creams. Few ingredients, delicious.
