[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are tasty, but very sweet. They do help with heartburn quickly and do their job. If you dont want something thats very chewy then opt for the regular Tums or the smoothies.

These not only taste pretty good but work quickly. My daughter and husband like the fact that it tastes fruity haha but otherwise never took this and had it not work! Highly satisfied just wish they would come bigger and a bit cheaper

These have a great taste compared to other antacids. They work everytime. The only negative is that they are a little more expensive than the generic brand that usually gives good results.
