A great alternative to the chalky antacids you might be used to. These work quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is I still don't LOVE the texture, but it is an improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get heartburn often, especially during the summer when I eat the dairy items Im not supposed to. The chewy bites are an upgrade to the chalky chewables I normally get.

Like eating candy that gets rid of heartburn. Ive had to eat two after eating pizza but loved them so much it didnt matter. Will continue to buy these. Only thing the top is easy to get off but requires strength to put back on.

These are not my personal favorite but my husband loves them! I think they’re a little more chalky and since it doesn’t taste like candy to me it’s weird chewing it. Not terrible, I would eat them if I didn’t have others.
