I do feel instant relief, but they dont work as well if you eat dairy and find your stomach isnt feeling well. Take lactose pills for that! Otherwise, worth the investment to have these in your cabinet

Tums helps and it works so quick. Its a must have in my medicine cabinet. I also carry some in my purse. Did I mention the flavor is great.

My go to product for whenever I feel heart burn. It works almost immediately. The chalky consistency of regular tums bothers my texture issues. I prefer their chewy option. The flavors are pretty tasty as well! If generic versions are available, I typically go for those for cost savings.
