I took them after eating some really spices potato chips and felt better within 10 min. The taste and texture were easy to palette because tbh, no one wants to try and choke down a chalk tab when you are already having stomach issues.

They have the same effectiveness but also taste like candy I think next time Ill definitely opt to get these ones instead.
