Not cryovac-d correctly

Bought 3 packages, opened the boxes at home and each box had at least one package that wasn't sealed correctly. Now I'm out 5 of the 9 packages as they are discolored and smell. I'll keep them in the freezer until I go back to Sam's for a refund. Not happy

It says 21 servings per container and there's 3 - 16 oz packs. Is container referring to each pack or the entire box?
