For crispy bacon, we recommend starting with a cold pan and cooking over low or medium heat. Cooking bacon at too high a temperature can lead to uneven cooking or burned bacon. Also, giving the bacon strips some room in the pan and spacing them about an inch apart can make a difference. When bacon is crowded in the pan, it can create steam, resulting in floppy bacon. We truly hope you'll consider giving our bacon another try.
