The ease of setup, clarity and features (many I have yet to enjoy still) are exactly what I was hoping for with this TV. The sound could be a bit louder and it is heavy but seam durable. Can't wait for that night it drops below -25 to test how it functions.

we just purchased the full sun terrace 3 weeks ago and we couldn't be more pleased with the performance. our neighbors across the street can see it clearly. our patio is in full sun until late afternoon and the picture is just as clear as can be. when they came to install the tv we stated we don't want to be disappointed and believe me we are not

I was a Samsung fan until I had a warranty issue. Personally and professionally I've purchased a hundred or more. Never again. I recently purchased a 65” in June 2023. Within 90 days the TV developed a Mother Board Issue. Samsung recorded the purchase date at the warranty expiration date and claimed the TV was out of warranty. After FINALLY getting that resolved, they agreed to send out a technician. . Technicians came out and were terrible. Left without fixing the TV claiming ‘Physical Damage” and voided the warranty (again). There is absolutely no damage (see attached). They want $650 to fix. The moral of the story, Samsung does not want to stand behind their products. So, unless you want a TV that works when it wants too, I'd look at LG.

I personally love be able to use Smart Things to monitor its power usage and I like to turn it on if we are out of the house for a while. Overall, it's a great TV, could be slight cheaper but compared to other TV of its quality is fantastic.

You can download mutiple applications HBO, Disney + etc.. with no issues and simply log in. The tv does updates similar to any IOS products. But the magic really is the resolution of the movies shows we watch that makes it feel and sound as if you are at an AMC complex. Fabulous honey get it while it lasts....!

First, I was completely skeptical about a tv that's made to handle the outdoor elements while providing a quality experience. After initial set up of a slightly heavier tv than an indoor tv, which is expected due to the build requirement to handle outdoor weather, it was quickly apparent that Samsung developed a quality product and removed any skepticism I had. After trying various tv feeds, the tv looked GREAT. I don't have mine set up in direct sunlight but it's not in complete shade either. The bright background was barely noticeable due to the brightness and clarity of the QLED and when I turned on a 4K feed, it wasn't noticed at all. This tv will be the family favorite since it allows us to enjoy the outdoors while watching our favorite shows. Since the elements in Colorado can sometimes be more than average due to elevation, we do intend to purchase a tv cover to use while it's not in use.

I love the picture quality, it's so good in fact friends actually comment on how sharp the picture is. It's so simple to use. You dont have to have a degree to figure out how to use its many features. Easy to move from one place to another, its light. The color is just unbelievable... also I have noticed its easier on my eyes than some sets I have owned in past. It's a winner all the way around. 9/ 10 stars.

The best features on this TV is the guides and the source buttons. Also we can cast from our phones to our TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live and Northeast and have this tv in our yard out by the pool. Everything about the TV has exceeded our expectations. Picture is incredible. TV is well made and extremely sturdy. We hung with the Samsung Terrace outdoor wall mount. We rarely take the time to write reviews but wanted to share our great experience so far with this TV. Bought sound at as well that can easily be used as sound system for yard.
