Bad wifi

The TV has issues connecting to the WIFI. It gets disconnected every 5 or 10 minutes. I don't know what to do.

Hi Luciano, If your TV is having trouble maintaining a wireless connection, please try the following: 1. Distance matters – Keep your TV within 50 feet of your router. Avoid placing the router behind walls, furniture, or electronic devices. 2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices that may disrupt the signal. 3. Power cycle both devices – Unplug the TV and router for 30 seconds, then plug them back in. 4. Run diagnostics: o Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test o Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Wi-Fi 5. Update firmware: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 6. Factory reset (if needed): Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset > Factory Data Reset If you continue to experience issues, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Very Clear With Little Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's Very Clear And Great Picture But The Little Problem Is Some Colour's Are Too Bright It Can Be Changed In Settings But Still It Has Little Bright Pixels In The Screen And Works Very Well In Light And Has Great Sound Without Any External sound Setup. Loved The build.

Absolutely the best tv.

We bought this Samsung tv about two months ago and we absolutely love it. The picture is so clear and beautiful I love that this Samsung tv comes with a guide it makes it so easy to find what you would like to watch. But the thing I love most about this tv is the Samsung tv plus you are able to watch so many free channels without having cable. I absolutely love this Samsung tv and I would definitely recommend this tv to everyone.
