I purchased this tv in January and it has developed a dark shadow on the left side. I have service scheduled, but it should not need service this soon. I have always had a Samsung and never any problems. That is why I purchased a new Samsung. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the TV over a year ago when my wife was pregnant and been watching it everyday since. This TV has seen at least 9hrs a day of countless series and seasons on Netflix. The pictures colors are crystal sharp and the built in audio is exceptionally well considering we don't have a home audio set up. My only complaint keeping this from a 5 star rating is that when watching fast paced segments of movies there is a slight tear in pixels it's hardly noticeable to people not used to 240hz refresh rate. Overall I love this TV as a great middle ground tv.

I absolutely love this TV, the features, clarity of picture, ease to attach external units, all great! The only issue I have is the remote that comes with it. The thing is "solar powered" but can also be charged via a USB-C cord. Having said this, it is always slow to react with the TV, especially noticeable when trying to conduct a search and it cannot activate the letters. It has no ability to fast forward/reverse outside of 10 second intervals, and the volume button must be pushed for each increment rather than holding down to lower/raise the volume. Must admit, I have had name calling deep discussions with it (out of earshot of anyone 😁).

After creating a home theater environment in my family room, I needed a suitable large screen TV to fill the room with crystal clear images and vivid color plus no blur action imagery. The Samsung DU8000 65 inch Class Crystal UHD product was the perfect choice. Not only was it very easy to set up but the DU8000 has both multiple HDMI connection plus optical audio for amazing sound quality. The Samsung DU8000 has turned movie night into an event in my home for an amazing value. This Samsung product is the “real deal”!

Hands down the best TV I ever had or should I call in my computer or should I call it my home entertainment system it's just amazing it's fast it has a beautiful picture having Samsung TV plus is awesome also I can play games right on my TV very satisfied highly recommend it!!!

Only 1 downfall is how delicate the screen on the crystal UHD 's are. Everything else is Awesome. Wish prices were so crazy for brand new TVs but everything's expensive these days.
