[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV for the parlor area of my primary bedroom. This TV has amazing clarity from any angle. It's guide/settings are very simple to navigate. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for a mid sized television.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for . To have the privilege of owning a 55-in is awesome however my only complaint on the TV is the TV Guide it has never loaded 100% so that you can see what is about to come on you always have to click on that page or that channel and for it to pop in but all in all I love my TV thank you

Purchased on 8/14/24 died on 6/17/25 . Used 1 year factory warranty . Came out 6/20/25 diagnosed. Needs 2 parts rescheduled 6/23/25 comes with 1 part doesn’t work. Rescheduled 6/25/25 call in the morning don’t have the part .rescheduled 6/26/25 call me after insuring they had the part rescheduled 7/1/25 call me in the morning we don’t have your part . Now call me today to reschedule for tomorrow but gets mad when I ask are you sure the part is there.

Tv picture is decent. Had heard good things. Made purchase. DEPLORABLE remote for th tv!! The size of a 2 wring pens stuck together. NOT USER FRIENDLY!! Especially for seniors or slightly impaired!! Wish I had realized that different remote is not available. Samsung has lost my respect!!

It is super thin and sleek in design (so much so the screen bends under it's own weight if not lifted properly). It has an amazing picture quality and color accuracy as well as a high enough refresh rate for console gaming! Movies and games appear vivid and surreal with sound quality to match despite the body being so slim! However, Samsung has put their smart TV software on this product and it is a little difficult to navigate around at first. It's a little counterintuitive and hard to select your favorites when Samsung is trying to push it's own apps in the software. However Netflix, Hulu, showtime, Amazon prime video and countless others can be added to the quick favorites bar so you can easily navigate to them as soon as you turn on the TV once you get them set up, then you don't have to mess around too much with the default software and can get to enjoying your new TV and shows in amazing quality!!

We have two 50” Samsung TV’s and one 65” Samsung TV. They have an excellent picture and excellent sound. We have been so satisfied with he quality that we bought another 50” Samsung TV for my mother to use in an assisted living facility. She too is happy with the ease of use as the picture and she is 96 years old. Now no more calls that my TV doesn’t work. All happy customers!

The TV works great and I love that this remote is thin and rechargeable by plugging it in or letting the sunlight charge with the solar panels. The layout of the menu is nice. Unfortunately, I can no longer stream from the TV to my Samsung refrigerator like I could with my older model TV.

For sports the picture is crisp and bright and for movies it has that cinematic feel. I am very happy with this purchase.

We started off with a 32 in Samsung TV, eventually little by little we would upgrade the size now we have the 85 in and we're so delighted. Has tons of functions that makes our entrainment so enjoyable. Not to mention the quality of the picture is wonderful.
