Beware! TVs Break right after waruntee Expires

Suspiciously near the end of the Samsung provided waruntee, one of the LED backlights decided to call it quits - 1/3 of the center of the screen. Missed the Samsung waruntee by 2 months. Almost as if they designed it that way. The people will catch on to this and you'll lose!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality could be better also I have a few ideas if y'all would like to hear them one make the phone and the watch interactive 2 make the ring and the watch interactive. So that they all work on the television as well. So you can get your health, updates and everything else from the television itself. And if there's alert, the television can alert you that your heart rate's way too fast like a resting heart rate. Make a watch with a fingerprint scanner on one of the buttons or bezel

Very good tv for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brightness is good during day and night. Clarity is absolutely perfect. Contrast is very good and adjust very well to the picture settings. Motion is ultra smooth and easy for eyes. Upscaling for gaming is awesome can handle 120fps easily.

I have a few troubleshooting steps for you to try that may resolve any image issues you are seeing. First, let's run a picture test to ensure it is not a connected device or app you are using that is causing the issue. Go to Home> Left directional button> Settings> Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Picture Test. Next, there are several picture settings available, allowing you to adjust the image, including Picture Mode, Contrast, Brightness, and Sharpness settings. Go to Settings> All Settings> Picture. If you continue to have issues, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Hi Wishmyremoteworked, Thank you for your feedback on the SolarCell Remote. If you’re having trouble with responsiveness, here are a few quick ways to check if it’s functioning correctly: 1. Test for infrared signal: Use your smartphone camera to look at the front of the remote. (If you're using an iPhone, the front-facing camera works best.) While pressing a button, you should see a flashing light through the camera. This confirms the remote is sending a signal. 2. Pairing: If the infrared is working, but the TV isn’t responding, make sure your remote is properly paired with your TV. 3. Charging: If no light appears, the remote may need to be charged. Plug a USB-C cable into the port at the bottom, or place the remote solar-side up in a well-lit area to recharge. If these steps don’t help, please contact Samsung Support so we can assist further.
