Disappointed

Sent my Niece to pickup m, When cake was picked up it had A big crack by the football and nobody noticed or offered to fix it. I was a little disappointed but I had leave as it was.

Cracked, damaged when picked up

Cake had very small crack when picked up, by the time made it to the banquet was completely cracked. Store should not have gave it to me with a crack in it at all. Also don’t give you cake cutters.

Ordering a cake shouldn’t be this difficult

A cake should not be this difficult to order. I like Sam’s bakery treats. This experience will prevent me from ordering a personalized cake again. A customer should be able to walk in and order a cake. I was told I had to download the app. I cannot do that as my Apple ID is not set up and takes an act of Congress to set up due to “authentication”. I was told I could do it on-line and that wasn’t that easy because I didn’t get a choice for icing (buttercream or whipped). I called the bakery and she said I had to wait an hour to call back to give them time to het the order. I asked if buttercream was the default and apparently there must have been a language barrier because she couldn’t answer that question. I was just told to call back. I did the next morning and she said that this particular cake automatically comes with buttercream. There will not be a next time. How are elderly people suppose to navigate a simple task as ordering a cake? On a side note, I called the customer concern line and was greeted by someone with broken English. I replied I wasn’t going to continue with my phone call.
