It's a great playhouse my daughter really enjoys playing with it. Just be aware it does take a few hours to build. I really enjoy the little details

I’m so impressed with the size, detail, and quality of this product. Sooo much better than the Barbie dream house in my opinion.

We love the design of opening doors with the doll bell and the workable elevator ! We have got another dollhouse from another place before but this one is with bright background graphic printing, in addition, the furniture included is with very good design and quality.

Very well made and packaged

The dollhouse is beautiful and large. Everything from the house to the furniture needs to be put together. Definitely takes time. Otherwise it is pretty awesome. Disco ball that works. Toilet flushes. Doorbell rings. Grill grills. Etc. my granddaughters love it but at this point can’t reach the top floor! Will be used for years. My son in law did attach it to the wall for max safety. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 as it took him 2 nights before Christmas to complete!

I'm sure my daughter would have loved it and it would have been well worth the buy, however, the chair was broken and a plastic column would not click in place for stability. We probably could have figured it out, but we didn't want to continue building it with the possibility there could've been more issues as we went on.

Box came without hardware. Had to return

This was given to my daughters as a birthday present. The house is very pretty however some of the wooden parts do not grip tightly when installed. The slide broke in trying to move the doll house to its final position. I called the help center and let me tell you that both gentlemen that helped me were very rude. First I could barely understand what they were saying and second when I asked for their names, they told me they could not provide that information and hung up on me. I am very disappointed with the service from Member's Mark. I have been a member for many years.

Was so excited to get this for my daughters birthday but she hasn't even had it for a day and screws are already falling out and won't screw back in bc there to short it seems, alot of the pieces wouldn't even fit correctly either when putting it together!!!
