I grew up in New England with this style buns. They are the best...cut on top, flat bottoms, make them easier to fill without flipping over. The best part is that, without the crusty part on the sides, you can put a little butter on the sides and toast them on your grill. (obviously before putting in your brat, or hot dogs and fillings) Once you've had these buns, you won't want any others. They are soooooo tasty!!

I bought these because I really was not crazy about Martin's. These are ok but very small. Hot dog sticks out on both sides. When you add catsup it falls off the side because there is no bread to hold it up. I personally would not buy again.

Have used for 6 years for take-out stand. We have seen them go downhill last 2 years. Cuts in the rolls are to deep on every package, they literally split open!!
